Why we built this
Every year, someone in an office or family group gets handed the job of organising the gift exchange. They google a tool, it looks clean, and then: "Create an account to continue." Or: "Invite your participants to join the platform." Or worse, their group starts receiving marketing emails they never agreed to.
Gift exchanges are not complicated. The tool running one should not be either. We kept hitting that wall and eventually built something with one hard constraint: nobody creates an account. Not the organiser. Not the participants. The exchange lives in a shareable link, not on a server.
What started as a Secret Santa generator grew into a broader set of zero-signup tools. A Gift Survey with chip/tag preferences. An Icebreaker Generator with 675+ questions. A Raffle Generator. A Potluck Planner. A Name Picker Wheel. All follow the same rule: share a link, it works, no one registers for anything.

New tools only ship when they clear one test: can someone use this in under five minutes with no instructions? If not, it goes back. That constraint is the whole product philosophy.
